Don't want to bother getting out all of your camping gear or want to try out camping to see if you enjoy it? Book our pre erected tent or Pod. We have the Camping Pod, and the Canvas Caban.
Prices Camping Pod:
Low season - £120 for 1 night or £95 for 2 or more nights.
High season, Bank holidays, half term and weekends 1st June onwards - £125 for 1 night or £100 for 2 or more nights
Prices Canvas Caban:
Low season - £90 for 1 night, £70 per night for 2 or more nights.
High season, Bank holidays, half term and weekends 1st June onwards - £100 for 1 night or £85 for 2 or more nights.
Croft Fest. 19th September to 21st September: Prices - £90 per adult and £35 per child, plus £40 pitch price for the weekend (£47 for electric pitches). Price includes a meal on the Friday and Saturday evenings (hog roast and chilli - veg options available), and a breakfast roll on the Sunday. Camping Pod is £120 for the whole weekend and Canvas Caban is £90 for the whole weekend (plus your festival fees.)
Deposit. We ask for the full payment to be made on booking where possible. If you book directly with us all payments are refundable up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% of the booking value, up to 15 days before arrival. After this payments are non refundable. We advise travel insurance as with any holiday to cover yourself if you are no longer able to make it. Arrangements can be made for a 50% deposit to be paid and full payment 30 days before arrival if you so wish.
For group bookings where the whole site or Birchfield is booked and also CroftFest, full payment is refundable 90 days before arrival and 50% of the total booking price is refundable up to 60 days before arrival. After this, your money is non refundable.
Checking in information. Arrival time is from 1pm and you will need to depart by 11.00am except if you are in one of the pre erected tents and then it is by 10am. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later you can check with us to see if anyone is coming onto your pitch. We require ID to be shown on checking in and your vehicle registration.
Electric Hook Up.
Our Electric hook up is 6amps. Please note you can use a maximum of 1 kw heater, and kettles only meant for camping (we do have a kettle in the reception.)
Please note. During Bank holidays we only take three or more night bookings. As the site fills up either on busy weekends or holidays we increase the length of stay needed to book, to ensure that we have space for those wanting a longer booking.
Group Bookings. We accept group bookings, but hold the right to use our discretion if we feel that the group booking may have an adverse effect for our other campers. It is possible to book the Birchfield, as too, the whole campsite. We only book out the whole campsite in low season. Please email us or phone if you want to book 4 or more pitches, as we won't accept group bookings of that size through our online system. Thank you.
Bookings from young adults (below 21). Please can these be made directly through to us by email or over the phone, and not through our online booking system.
