We are a small family run campsite. We welcome tents, motorhomes, campervans and caravans. We also welcome children, teens and dogs (as long as they are kept on the lead - the latter not the former!)

We rent out firepits and sell wood for a very reasonable price to enhance your camping experience.

Barn for those wet weather days equipped with table tennis tables and ride on toys etc.,

The Croft Campsite is in a village called Ubbeston. The Vikings are thought to have sailed up the River Blyth as far as here, hence the Viking ship on the village sign.

There is a lovely walk along the River Blyth (now just a stream) to Laxfield. Ubbeston is halfway between Halesworth and Framlingham (aprox. 6 miles away from each). The delightful village of Laxfield is just a couple of miles away with it's 2 pubs, Co-op, Post Office, and a museum.

We are in the advantageous position of being only 25 minutes away from anywhere along the Suffolk Heritage Coast and rivers, whilst being able to enjoy the delights of the Suffolk countryside.
